Pork Butchering Class – SOLD OUT
Join our Butcher, Jason Brown, as he breaks down a half pig and discusses the process of butchering. Jason will describe the cuts, which part of the pig they come from, how to utilize them, and more. Included will be 4 tasting plates (pork of course), and 2 complimentary glasses of wine or beer per attendee. Each attendee will leave with a small sampling of pork products.
